Diagnostic Evaluation

Your diagnostic assessment is a clinical evaluation completed by a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. This is completed at your first visit so we can gather information to determine appropriate treatment plan and establish goals.

About Us

Kami Simmons is a compassionate and experienced family and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who specializes in helping adults with ADHD, Substance misuse disorder, depression, and anxiety. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel heard and work collaboratively towards achieving their treatment goals. With a focus on mutual decision-making, Kami provides personalized care to ensure the best possible outcomes for her clients. She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Fairfield University in 2017.
